Cloud Native Enablement

Tailored Trainings

Hands-on, instructor-led workshops, individually designed for your team's real needs.

Training session with participants
Up to 12 participants

Technologies in platform and cloud engineering evolve constantly, and so should your team's skills. Whether you're just starting out with Kubernetes or pushing the boundaries of platform engineering, TSC Labs can design a training program that meets your team exactly where it is.

No two teams are alike. That's why no training at TSC Labs is like another. Together, a customised program is developed that fits your requirements, your goals, and your schedule.

Training

Structured, hands-on workshops for your team, built around your stack, your goals, your pace.

Architecture Guidance

Structured input on your cloud native direction — patterns, approaches, and concrete next steps to move forward with confidence.

Sparring

You bring the challenge. It gets worked through and a plan takes shape.

How It Works

A clear, collaborative process from first contact to follow-up.

  1. 1

    Preparation

A shared understanding of your requirements and goals. What do you and your team want to achieve, short-term and long-term?

  2. 2

    Content Design

Based on your goals, an individual, highly practice-oriented training program is developed. You decide which topics are on the agenda.

  3. 3

    Delivery

The training is conducted. To best support your engineers, on-site sessions are preferred. Where collaboration happens naturally and questions flow freely.

  4. 4

    Follow-up

Every training includes an online follow-up session (approximately one month later) to reflect on what was learned, clarify open questions, and reinforce key concepts with an interactive exercise.

Trainings are conducted on participants' own devices, in your cloud environment, or in a provided test environment, depending on needs and objectives.

Hands-on training in action
"No off-the-shelf curriculum. Every training is built together."

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? Here are the answers.

Up to 10–12 participants per session is recommended to keep the training hands-on and interactive. There is no formal minimum — reach out to discuss what works for your team.

Yes — on-site delivery at your location is the preferred format. Remote delivery is possible if needed, but the in-person setting tends to produce better learning outcomes and team cohesion.

The full content, depth, and pace are tailored to your team's existing knowledge and specific goals. A short discovery call before the engagement ensures the day(s) are spent exactly where your team needs it most.

Trainings are available in German and English. The language is agreed on during the planning call and held consistently throughout.

On-site delivery is available across Europe. Remote engagements have no geographic restrictions.

The content overlaps with topics covered in certifications such as CKA, CKAD, and CKS, but the primary focus is practical, applicable skill-building — not exam preparation. If certification alignment is a goal, it can be discussed during the planning call.

The preference is to work on infrastructure that fits your existing environment and policies — whether that is a managed Kubernetes cluster on your cloud provider of choice, an on-premises setup, or a sandbox environment. If no suitable infrastructure is available, there is an option to have it provided — this is discussed and agreed on during the intro call.
